For over twenty years, Paul has led compliance, audit, and investigations work for multinational companies and the Australian government. 

He founded PRB Compliance to make that depth of experience available to multinationals that need senior, independent input without a permanent hire — typically through project-based or fractional engagements alongside existing in-house and external counsel.

Engagements draw on direct experience across trade sanctions, anti-bribery and corruption, AML/CTF, data privacy, modern slavery, whistleblower frameworks, and the investigations that flow from them.
